4. General:

DBW series single phase Full-automatic Compensated Power Voltage Stabilizer is designed to stabilize the alternating voltage based on Western Europe advanced technology and our country’s situation. It can keep output voltage in steady state automatically when the power network fluctuates or the load current varies. Compared with other voltage stabilizers, it has the advantage of large capacity, high efficiency, no wave distortion, stable voltage adjustment, suitability for kinds of loads, bearing instantaneous overload, working continually for long time, as well as free transferring between manual control and automatic control etc., besides, it is provided with protection against over-voltage, over current, phase failure/ phase sequence, delay and error protection etc, and has following merits: small volume, light weight, convenient installation and relit is reliable running and so on.

5. Work principle:

The voltage stabilizer is compensated of compensation circuit, voltage testing circuit, servo motor and gearing-down drive mechanism, main circuit, switching circuit, current and voltage measurement and protective circuit. The compensation circuit is composed of contact voltage stabilizer ad compensation transformer. The contact voltage stabilizer is connected in Y and put in the output terminal of voltage stabilizer, and the electric brush is connected to the primary coil of compensation transformer, and the secondary coil is series connected in main circuit, if the voltage fluctuation exceeds the precision range of output voltage, the voltage detection circuit will send signal to make the servo motor rotate forward or backward, and the servo motor enable the gearing-down drive mechanism to make the brush on the contact voltage stabilizer to slide, so as to change the compensation voltage of compensation transformer and realize the stability of output voltage.
